Shipping and Delivery

We ship via United States Postal Service and shipping is calculated individually for each item, thus the shipping costs vary per item. Every order is carefully hand-packaged ensuring your item arrives in perfect condition.

Please allow 1-3 business day for processing.

Once the item has left our possession, and a problem arises we are unfortunately no longer able to fix this. Please contact USPS directly if there is a problem with shipping and delivery.

I cannot guarantee delivery by any date. Upgrading your shipping method to 2-3 day priority shipping or 1-2 day express mail should speed up ship times significantly, but USPS does not guarantee the number of days items take to ship. I will do my best to allow ample time for shipping so that your order arrives when you need it. Please know that if your "ship by" date is on a postal holiday, it may ship the next available shipping day. 

Refunds and Returns

We gladly accept returns and cancellations. Please contact us about cancellations within three hours of purchase as we try to get items packaged and out the door as quickly as possible.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept your return back in its original condition. 
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide the tracking number for shipment back to me within 7 days from the date of delivery.Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. ​If the item is not returned during our refund time, the buyer will be given store credit ONLY, for the value of the item. The store credit will be issued after the item has been received and checked to ensure the item is not damaged.
Please allow 3-5 business days for refund processing, and please note the money may not show into your account for 5-7 business days.

We do not accept exchanges, but please contact us if there is a problem with your item contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do what we can to make it right.​*To run an honest business we must stick to our policies for each order, but we understand things do happen. Please let us know in advance if you cannot meet our return/ refund policies and we will be happy to work with you.

Privacy Policies

All information provided to the Country Barbie including emails, mailing addresses, names and payment information will never be shared with anyone outside our company or sold to anyone at anytime.
